Reading the offer document there are various conditions of offer under s13.9. It appears that they have removed a number of these to (i think) give them a greater chance of success ie they put in a defeating condition around no regulatory actions between the announcement date and the offer date which has now been removed. Essentially it seems they don't want anything to get in the way of their takeover including their original defeating conditions!

Hold the line BRM's. I have held since 2006 and I don't intend to sell to this crooked mob! I have faith that the board will pull through.
