As an interested non shareholder I have been following this saga from the beginning, I thought during many phases of this process that the govt/ FIRB/ ASIC would have put a stop this what I see as a sham / scam!! How is it possible that a small limousine company with a few broken down taxis take over a company like BRM?? It seems they have very smart business lawyers working for them that are able to blow holes in Australian Business / company Law.It is a sad day for Australia when our laws seem to be circumvented by outside interests particularly a communist state.This action shows that every small to medium company in this country is at the mercy of foreign interests. It proves you do not need a war to take control of a country, far cheaper to employ top gun business lawyers with only self interest. Would it have been different under a liberal govt, I believe so, would this have been allowed to continue to happen under a liberal govt, I guess we will not find out for another year or so. When ding dong the red headed witch and her commy govt are gone.
