    risks/unknowns - manufacturing facilities (have they built manufacturing facilities before?), will building / owning their own facilities increase the margins as expected, $26m in the bank what will be left once facilities are built and operational, buntine protein (no signed contracts...yet)

    bit rich - 'for me'...ie their are other opportunities I would rather pursue relative to risk/reward.
