Certainly one of my biggest losses. These direcdtors have no respect for cash and no respect for their shareholders. absolute failure. I do hope the directors are held to account on how they have handled this mess. I assume with such a significant dilution none of the managment or directors will hold any signifiant amount of shares to make it worth their efforts to turn this disaster around unless the price was set low to benefit them taking up the offer. Will be interesting to see how many of these discounted shares go to them. Seems odd that people are buying at over $0.033 when the offer is a $0.02 and options strike at $0.03. Will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
