some pretty exciting stuff on the horizon. i hope they pick up their customer service a little bit though. I've ordered from them six times and twice they've made errors on my order. once was a Shephard's pie instead of a lasagna and even worse today i got full cream milk instead of iced coffee argh!

both times they've offered a voucher ($10 then $5) but i hope that I've just been unlucky because two out of six isn't great. also compare to Browne's dairy home delivery who often throw in a freebie even when they don't mess up.
