The only evidence I have is by searching the internet where as the the below screen shot shows food grade soy protein isolate trading in a range of US $1,500 to $3,500 per tonne. WOA have indicated they believe Buntine will sell for $10,000 per tonne. That may be AUD which would make it circa $7,000 US per tonne.
This is my bush economics. Would be good to get an answer from WOA on the price difference.
