What a joke, surely this is the definition of a conflict of interest. Jay and his COO wife take $1.5m+ out of the business in wages and shares over the years then basically get given DCF with all the assets and goodwill.
Am I reading this complicated and woefully structured deal right. No full cash payment to us for 5 years!!! Only $500k cash paid to WOA in 3 years! They should admit DCF is worth nothing as writing it off would cost less than making this mess of a deal work out in legal costs alone..
