You need to realise that WOA is creating a new product that is aimed at food manufacturers. Like any other manufacturers, they need a lot convincing, as well as conducting their own trials, that a new raw ingredient can not only replace existing ingredients, but also give them advantages. Just consider the food safety issues that need to be rigorously established by WOA and then understood and accepted by the manufacturers. That is only one of many factors that will be examined.
Introducing a new food manufacturing product like this is not easy, quick or cheap. Can WOA last the distance and obtain sufficient support for it to do so?
