Clements is Chairman of MOD.
He's company secretary of AUR and previously RNI. He's held the post for as long as I can remember. Not a serious appt in my view but JPM could be clearing the decks. Hope so. Not that I have anything against these people other than AUR/RNI has been a gravy train for all mgmt imho. It may just be that JPM is taking strong oversight and BB may not like it. I truly hope JP take more but I have a feeling Sooners and most of the BOD would want a friendly if there is any unhappiness or doubt amongst them. All imho.
