Mark Clements has been involved with RNI/AUR for quite a few years now. He is the only constant left after Debbie F left not long after Wade Evans was appointed CEO.
I'm waiting to see if there are any changes in substantial holdings as a result of the exercise of the options and the underwriting. If JPM has increased its holding then maybe there will be an appointment to the Board, but I would not expect a number increase; keep it at 3 non-Execs - plus the CEO, a non-D.
The ASX Notices part of the website is not up-to-date, which is unusual. The last one there is 13/9. There have 7 asx anns since then, one being price-sensitive. Is the boss away? Holidays? Roughing it at Wodger?
