given weak iron ore, this is already fully priced in for me. I don't see how a restart in third quarter 2022 does that much for the earnings if iron ore is below cost for min. They aren't even getting all the money from it, just a share and that's only if the JV doesn't moth ball it again. Still patiently waiting for $25-30 since the peak at $70+, so yes I'm bearish on valuation basis but still think it's an excellent company.
