Why i wanted an online AGM was to drill down on the administration of the business

I have carefully reviewed the past 3 annual reports and i offer this

The Company has an office in Perth
It has no full time employees ( view salary expenses in any of their reports its NIL )
They have a Company Secretary that is not Full time he has the same role at NAE
and maybe others.
Would say they contract a few of younger Geologists to assist
Mr. Toppings wife often answers the phone saw a while back she was paid around $35k
for her services
Bookkeeping Services...saw an amount paid to an outside consultant for services

So I paint the picture .a small operation projecting themselves as more than the reality.

This Company could be so much more..
