Borrowing the money is a joke. Basically he’s having a one way bet. No risk to him. If it all goes wrong he isn’t paying it back. He gets a healthy wage as CEO. The company shouldn’t be paying for his finance. This is a massive reason why the SP is dragging. He’s too greedy for his own good and once trust is lost all the fluff in the world won’t change it.
