He is having a one way bet, as Dan also pointed out he had to pay the tax on the options. 60 percent of people in his position would probably do the same. Had he converted prior to the underwriting for flames he would of saved the company a small fortune also. Either way when he does pay off the loan, I’ll probably double down my investment. There definitely up to something and there not ready for us plebs to know.
