Thank you for the question. As we have set out in the most recent Investor Presentation and I have said consistently when asked by shareholders, a return of capital to shareholders is part of our strategy and when appropriate (most likely because of a specific monetization event) we will look to either a buy-back or return of capital to achieve that. At this point in the Company’s life however (we are still a relatively young Company with plenty to do in terms of growing our asset base and building a strong base cashflow) we consider that it is appropriate for us to direct our capital to adding value at the asset level while there are opportunities to do that.
