Sub-1cent implies a market cap that is 'worthy' of where this stock should be..... in almost 6 years investors have seen not material returns regardless of how much cash management is holding there is no evidence any of that will be returned to SH matter of fact id argue there is evidence to suggest management or CPS will find a way to pocket it or blow it on crap....keep in mind most of that 40m is SH money from the Capital rising from Options...
