I agree a buy back is not the best idea the issue is management 'over-diluted' most of the cash the company is sitting on is from options conversion and not from operations
it would be stupid to use the money they took from SH just to give it back however they seriously over-done the Capital rise - the only people to benefit was CPS unfortunately this is not a 'good look' for management either.
