I've stopped trying to work out fully whats going as there are heaps of different cases, each well requires multiple cases (eg pooling, location exemptions etc) and lots of the time a court date will pass with the only information being next court date in 2 weeks time. I think from memory there are active court cases covering Rangers, Flames, Jewell and vertical wells.
My guess is Rangers approvals were processed faster than the Flames so rangers is up next.
