Firstly Australia is big yes . But our population is 3 times bigger than Austria.
Even tho it appears every man and his dog has a D12 and a 50t excavator digging away in there backyard here in Oz it’s actually quite difficult to obtain a mining license.
We like you have strict environmental laws , native title acts, water licenses etc etc.
But what is in our favour is we are world leaders at sustainable mining and I’m sure we will be able to help get a mine up and running in the centre of Europe. Here’s some light reading on Australian sustainable mining development.
