Oh my goodness. You do realise that, to old people, you give a perception of.. how should I describe this... like a baby lawyer debating for the first time explaining what jurisprudence mean. Can we drop this permit "issue"? It's the last time I'm going to say it, there is no permit issue.

Permit is not going to be difficult. Raising a billion dollars in the current monetary tightening environment, that's difficult. That is an issue.

If you want to argue, talk about the funding issue. At least that issue actually exists.
