    $99m mkt cap with an $800m+ capex bill. What is the plan to finance this huge amount?

    GL1 is already struggling with a $430m capex @ 415m mkt cap. Hard to see how an $800m+ capex bill is going to be viewed positively for a $99m mkmt cap.
