they probably won't say they want it before they settle on a price - and given the closed nature of most of these contracts we are unlikely to be told either. With commercial confidentiality I am wondering how MAK will inform the market if it is successful. Just saying we have a first contract at a suitably profitable rate leaves a lot of leeway.
