In a recent phosphate exploration license application in Yuan'an, Hubei province, China, the successful bidder must pay a fee around 300M Yuan(47M AUS$) to get the license. And when the exploration license converts to mining license in the future, 3 Yuan($0.47) per metric ton must be paid on the defined ores.
The final bidding result will be announced 06/12/2011.
The total resource is around 200MT@20%P2O5 under 900m ground.
