yea thats a tricky one actually. good thing you picked it up.
dont really have a true answer on that but you just have to look at their intentions of why it happened and the indications show theyre panicking to grab more. thats when you know to buy more.
one of the best examples was ree/pdi from 10.xx cents down to 4c to 5c and they kept pushing it down further n further so a bunch of us kept buying more and more.
