“Northern Gas Pipeline” runs through the property is not reflective of reality and does not mean AEV has access to either the pipeline on or near its mining tenements for its own purposes nor the gas that uses this transport. It is a long distance high pressure pipeline and the closest access point for any gas withdrawal is understood to be Mount Isa, which is in excess of 400kms from the mining tenements. This indicates that AEV may well have to truck in from this extraction point or trucked from the nearby multi-user hub, which is closer to 200kms distance.
