As we have just witnessed with RED 5, GPR’s SP probably won’t move significantly in the first 6 months of construction. RED’s SP is just starting to move upward now as they move well into their construction cycle. You can feel the confidence building. Just a function of how the SP relates to the mine development cycle. The Lassonde curve best demonstrates this.
What will drive the SP in the short term, and I would suggest a significant boost, is the potential for some spectacular drill results when we start drilling the old Kulumadau village area, post October. Any significant upgrade in reserve status will completely alter the processing cycle giving a huge cash windfall without a significant increase in costs.
