How quickly they realised that they had to persevere capital for shareholders (shameless holders what they see us like). Previous Chairman flew when he saw trouble coming after milking the company. Looks no one wanted this to come off ground and get it built. People without integrity and commitment can ruin the simples thing. Hopefully the new restructured board is planning to make it work rather creating a plan to play the blame game.
