Inflation is rampant and effecting everyone, has added 100k to my duplex build in Sydney in the past 3 months alone, doesn't matter where you are or what you do you'll be affected in some way. The thing is though these guys are digging out the perfect inflation hedge which will pay dividends eventually if you have the nads to hold. They are still well capitalised with construction progressing, the rigs drilling and the wet season ending soon... Suck it up and get on with it.
