@Luca21
- The delays are annoying but these issues are management and if you assess each issue they are not major hurdles to overcome
- The change in strategy regarding the upgrade of the existing wharf v.s. new wharf is a cheaper and faster solution
- There isn't much they can do about the wet ground, happens all the time on wide spanning construction sites. The best thing they can do to manage this risk moving forward is to cap the construction site area with maybe 500mm thk crushed concrete or sandstone. This will also provide a strong foundation of bearing pressures from during plant construction.
- Is the I don't think the tailings line and relocation works are critical path activities?
- Community vaccination, it's painful to get the numbers up but the team have just to keep at it. They'll soon buy into the vax.
- Non-Essential work that isn't on critical path can be pushed back. It's not going to make a difference
- There will no doubt be delays to the construction of the plant because the civil/structural foundation base works are critical path activities. They will likely re-sequence some activities on the program, accelerate and compress some task to minimize impact to delays. But delays should be expected during construction, it always happens.
- Yes, i think the market is way overreacting, especially to matters which are manageable.
- We've crossed some of the biggest hurdles to get ourselves to where we are today, environmental/social issues, permitting, funding etc... the issues that make or break companies. It's not like these delays are walls which we are not able to climb over. Right on the brink of becoming the next producer, the market is pricing asif we've had our mining license revoked.
- Pretty good risk reward ratios at current price levels. Risk is that there are further delays and cost overruns. Reward in that once production starts, the company will be valued accordingly on earnings. It's inevitable. we're not going to be trading at the current market cap for long. It's stupidity. The annual free cashflow generated will be higher then the MC. + Tim is looking at drilling to add front end open pittable resource to uplift the production schedules
