they say themselves "on terms attractive to existing holders". GPR has a very tangible, measurable and tradeable asset at this point.
in a market like this with the producing corporates doing well in the market and developers doing poorly this says to me: HOLD, WAIT POISED and when the opportunity presents SELL the asset at NPV.
that's likely the best short-term upside IMO.
