Fair points, an earthquake would be a problem. Same with political events and the POG.
Politically GPR seem to be doing all they can to keep the locals happy and on the Macro scale, I believe Ian Clyne is a great asset.
The POG? By the look of the current progress with their initial works, I would expect access to the pad for the processing plant, and the construction of this pad, to be around 3 months-ish. If this guestimate is around the mark then I imagine the financing should be finalised somewhere during this period. Due to potential reasons for the current POG - trade wars, viruses, general economic outlook etc - I wouldn't expect much change in this period. Still, you're right, anything could happen.
In my last post I was just commenting on an impression as well, particularly this line from the recent announcement - This first phase of development is designed to facilitate project execution in preparation for the construction of the process plant and the completion of project financing.
