Whim Creek is waaay on the edge of the warning area, so unlikely, at this stage, to have any major impact - Sulphur Springs looks like getting some weather, but it is pretty well built for these events.
Bugger all volume trading, so if there was any major concern among holders I believe you would see multiples of what has traded over the past day or three.
SP action is just the usual "whore's drawers" type trade IMO.
