The CEO said on the funding announcement (page 2):
“We are now on track to make a FID this quarter, which will set up Woodlawn for first production and cashflow in mid CY2025."
"Final and definitive documentation for the prepayment/loan facility and offtake arrangementwithin the next 4 to 6 weeks from the date of this Announcement (2-Aug)."
So I say give this another 6-8 weeks, maybe FID end Sep? Then allowing six months to first production, April should be the earliest concentrate sales like your source is saying.
When will they sell the 20% I wonder?
