Panoramics voluntary administrators FTI consulting released a document 3 weeks ago mentioning they are in discussions with a party for a deed of company arrangement (i.e. acquisition).There is enough smoke here coming from the same direction. (FTI, Trafigura, Money of mine, Plummages) It is hard for mere mortals like us to pre empt what BB is planning in his shrewed underground brain.
