This is actually good news, i think some thought administration..
They have managed to get the major shareholder to extend their debt standby for 12 months and have been able to borrow money which shows they don't want to dilute shareholding.
They are trading at a EV below their build cost
Should be going up right now not down, give it a few days and it'll be back above 5c
