I get stuck on the optics of it. MIN saw more value in taking a loss on DVP and reducing debt than holding it when it's closer and closer to production. Paying down debt, at what 10%, proved the better option?
Probably the plan all along though. Like McMullen, Ellison's name was there to help Bill get the show on the road.
