Market initially liked the news and then someone has been selling.
How much of the project are we selling is going to be the question? Price action suggests that market thinks we are going to give a significant chunk away to finance this.
Surely a CR would be better to keep 100% of the upside to current shareholders rather then selling a portion of the asset. I don't mind a CR despite Bill promising no further dilution? Potentially selling a minority interest is also dilution, just in a covert way. Would have much rather debt or CR not this partial sale which gives a chunk of value away forever.
