Until the "strategic investor" shows up with the money, I'd treat it as an imaginary friend that does not exist. Unless it is announced officially, it is just smoke and mirrors. In you held this stock long enough, they have been talking about funding SS forever. Maybe WL is more attractive, I don't know. Then there is the question of what percentage is sold and price. If you know any better, please enlighten.
