All dividends would be without franking credits until they use up their big carry forward tax loss and start paying tax. Better to sell some shares and get the 50% CGT discount (if held for 1 year+), if you need capital. More tax effective. However, it assumes the share price is higher than it would otherwise be due to not paying out dividends (which theoretically should be the case).
