It's an odd one. Bill got the raise away for PD above $3. Says the valuation of DVP a bit under $2 was comical......MinRes sell 15% of the company for $2.
Its a horrible look, McMullen leaving not much better, but we have to assume it's all part of the process.
If Bill didn't have so much previous success the market would be absolutely penny dreadfulling this stock.
