You think your post was 'sophisticated discourse '? Perhaps if you justified your statements about the acquisition with some FACTS people would give some credibility to your posts.
All I can see is someone who has admitted shorting the stock with the aim to buy in at a lower price who posts negative comments to try to encourage selling.
I give you this, at least you're transparent and readers now understand your motives so can safely disregard your posts as biased to the negative.
