predicting oil price is like guessing lottery winner right now. Independent report is based on long term price for enterprise value. It is unrealistic to assume 100 usd/b price a long term. Given that fat dividend, 1.2 usd + ff credit, in Jun half, imo, Wpl will trend high. Last dividend 1.05 usd + ff in full yr.
