WDS is received US$1billion net cash today after all adjustments including the $0.8billion adjustment back to BHP. This is in line with the guidance they gave a month or two ago.
Today WDS inherited a great portfolio of oil focussed tier one assets in tier one locations with plenty of growth upside and US$1 billion free cash with no debt.
