Nasty big sells by seemingly lazy brokers or insto's ultimately killed momentum too early in the day. Importantly, PCL is somewhat de-risked for now, cashed up and likely 3D seismic results will firm up COS in a region which already boasts an impressive success rate compared to traditional oil and gas exploration plays.
With up to 11 wells to be drilled by industry players offshore Namibia this year, further drilling success by Shell, Total or possibly Chevron could add fuel to the fire.
