I'm actually slightly underwhelmed by the deal considering some of the predictions but we live on, move forward and get the chance to make some good cash. Seems a pretty standard deal considering the potential of the lease and hot spot. A little surprised Shell, Total etc who have knowledge in the arena didn't want a bigger stake? Already bitten off a lot of work and expenses so maybe WPL gave the best offer?
On the other side, the alternative (oblivion) has been avoided, risk has been removed so if you're hanging back, buy up.
