'Renounced entitlements will be sold via the institutional and retail bookbuilds, with any proceeds in excess of the issue price returned to renouncing shareholders.'
Does this mean Institutional's may bid up the price they are willing to pay above $42.10 (for additional shares) and we get the difference.
If we renounce our entitlements any predictions on how much we are likely to receive?
