No one should blame the gender of a person for not doing well - one its unfair and two its not factually based - gender has Nothing to do with FAR's stuff ups its down to the people involved and how they "collectively" made decisions in their "responsible" capacities as officers of our company.
Very poor decisions IMHO and too high salaries for rainmakers and Disallowed sales people!
