My understanding is that we is seen in the data room stays confidential. So, WPL should have knowledge now on BHPP's remediation figures and they should have been able to form their own judgement on the veracity of BHPP's figures. But, BHPP's remediation figures remain the property of BHPP. WPL would have no right to share those figures.
So, I think that is why Meg answered the analyst's questions regarding the subject the way she did. The analyst would need to ask BHPP.
I am confident that the WPL team are all over the BHPP assets.
And, just quietly, the assets are similar to the WPL assets: conventional oil and gas. Tick.
I would consider topping up at about $18.30 or so.
