Woodside have no need to rush. They can always trump a binding offer, this one is worth zilch as it's non binding. Would be stupid to come out now with a better offer now, this one might still fall through or with no upside oil price payment shareholders may vote that the PE deal is better.The longer this drags out the better for Woodside.
