both proj are downstream processing plants and low capital utility alike investments. Market expects Wds will make more acquisitions on upper stream gas play to feed both plants to make a more integrated end to end LNG business same as big oil, owning oil, refinery, petrochemicals and petrol stations. Wds is aiming for leader in the LNG in 2030 over the world. It is not a bad idea if they can maintain current div payout.
